Join an immersive, hands-on workshop on Agentic AI led by Azeem Hassni, designed to take you from core concepts to building fully functional AI agents that can think, plan, and act independently in real-world scenarios. This workshop focuses on the shift from traditional AI systems to agent-based architectures, where models are no longer limited to single responses but can execute multi-step reasoning, use tools, make decisions, and complete tasks autonomously. Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, participants will learn how modern agentic systems are designed, how they interact with tools and APIs, and how they maintain context over extended workflows. Throughout the session, you will explore how to design intelligent agents using current industry practices, including planning loops, tool usage, memory systems, and decision-making frameworks. You will also get exposure to building workflows that connect large language models with external systems such as databases, APIs, and automation pipelines, enabling real-world applications like research assistants, task automation bots, customer support agents, and productivity tools. The workshop is structured to balance theory with practice. Each concept is followed by a live coding demonstration and a hands-on task, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learn. By the end of the session, you will have built at least one working AI agent and gained a clear understanding of how to extend it for more advanced use cases. This session is ideal for developers, students, researchers, and AI enthusiasts who want to move beyond basic prompt engineering and start building production-ready intelligent systems. A basic understanding of Python and machine learning concepts will be helpful, but the workshop is designed to be accessible to motivated beginners as well. Participants will leave with practical experience, reusable code patterns, and a strong foundation in agentic AI development, enabling them to confidently start building their own autonomous AI systems for personal projects or professional use.
