BumpEvents is currently offered as a minimum viable product (MVP) in public beta. The platform is provided for evaluation and testing purposes. While we implement industry-standard security measures and handle all personal data in compliance with our Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee the permanent retention of user-generated content or account data during this phase. Data resets may occur as the platform evolves, and we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

By accessing or using BumpEvents (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

You may use BumpEvents only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to post unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive content.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use automated scripts to collect data from the Service without prior written consent.

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Users may create events and publish content ("User Content") on BumpEvents. You retain ownership of your User Content but grant BumpEvents a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, distribute, and promote it within the platform. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of event details, including dates, locations, and ticket information.

BumpEvents reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BumpEvents and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of BumpEvents.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. BumpEvents does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BumpEvents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
